TNT /Training New Trainers/ 

The main aim of this workshop is to help IFMSA members gain facilitation skills and techniques and contribute to the education of highly qualified indivi- duals who can then use different methods to teach other members so that they can easily fulfill the Federations’ goals.

The objectives will be teaching education methods and developing communication skills, working on techniques necessary for facilitating and leading Soft Skills sessions during National and International events.

TPHT /Training Public Health Trainers/

The main objectives of these workshops are to capacitate new trainers in the field of Public Health and contribute to building the capacity of other members within the Standing Committee of Public Health.

In order to achieve this, the workshop combines sessions focused on fundamental public health concepts (with a focus on the most essential and transversal aspects of this field) with sessions that cover the most relevant knowledge about soft skills and training techniques that trainers need to have in order to deliver effective and good quality training sessions and workshops.

TMET /Training Medical Education Trainers/

This workshop was created for all members of SCOME, as well as for any medical education enthusiasts interested in gaining the required skills and knowledge to apply Peer to Peer education in projects and to raise awareness about medical education topics.

The main objectives of the workshop are for the participants to develop a broader knowledge and understanding of Medical Education related topics and basic concepts, and empower participants to play an active role in education processes and to take on leadership roles in the field of student representation.

TSRHRT /Training Sexual and Reproductive Health Trainers/ 

This workshop is crucial to SCORA since it is the only one that educates SCORA trainers.

The main goal is developing the skills needed so that future trainers can help build the capacity of healthcare students on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights topics, help overcome the barriers while working in the field, break the taboo of sexual education and stop the stigma and discrimination that many communities in our society face every day.
